We at Tailteann Games suggest that you upgrade to at least 512 Mb (or higher) to enhance your game-playing experience.

Irregardless of how much memory you have, you can maximise your available memory and increase the overall performance of the Bainisteoir – Hurling engine by doing the following:

- Shutting down all other programs (including menu-bar programs)
- Closing any open windows
- De-fragmenting your hard drive

Tailteann Games recommends that you have no other programs running while playing Bainisteoir – Hurling©. Other programs, such as virus checkers, system utilities and screen savers can cause system degradation when playing games software and may conflict with Bainisteoir – Hurling© for system resources, which can potentially result in instability and crashes.

If you are running the game upon a low specification machine, it is recommended that you limit yourself to a single competition mode.
